Hey everyone!
We had a great turnout for the meeting. 9 people showed up. Unfortunately there was a small error with Colasessano’s. It’s closed on Sundays, so we all trekked over to Bob Evans.
Tim brought some books to give away, as well as a few to suggest for the next Book Club meeting. We all quickly settled on Nonsense: Red Herrings, Straw Men and Sacred Cows: How We Abuse Logic in Our Everyday Language
The meeting was very casual. We all talked about all kinds of different topics of interest.
I think for now the COR group will just be the Morgantown Atheists, Morgantown Brights, and the Morgantown Unitarian church. But I suppose we represent the northern part of the state. Maybe someday we can get together with the Charleston group but for now it is just us.

CoR MEETING AT CHEDDAR’S TONIGHT AT 6:45 (Moday, August 10th)
Our table will be called “Reason” – whoever gets there first (I hope to) – get a table for 8 or 9 (that’s the largest they have) and call it the “Reason” party. I have spoken with Fred Edwords and he is aware of this – he said he will be dressed up (to I.D. him) – I told him we will not. Gerald – I had thought about that as well – one group with two regions. Perhaps if and when Fred comes back to do our training, it could be for both south and north.
